What is Perceptions?  A ministry of Jesus Christ, the Savior for a lost and hurting world.

What is the purpose of Perceptions? The purpose of Perceptions is to present the gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world so that you may know Jesus Christ and the power of His resurrection. That you, too, may have eternal life and not perish but have life everlasting.  Through the writings and the power of God's word and the gospel of Jesus Christ that you may know, God, The Father, Christ, the son, and the Holy Spirit and realize through the blood of Jesus there is the forgiveness of sins and life everlasting.

I believe Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that He was buried, that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures and that He appeared .......(1 Cor. 15: 3-5)

I believe Jesus Christ's death is sufficient to satisfy all of God's demands against sins. If I place my faith and trust in Christ I am saved.  Not what I have done for Christ but what He has done for me on the cross.  I believe in Him.  I am saved forever because of what He has accomplished.  His Holy Spirit has come into my life to revive me and to empower me to live for Him.  I believe Jesus' sacrificial death wiped away the stain of sin.  There is nothing you or I can do that can save our guilty souls.  We cannot earn God's love by following the rules.  The gospel of grace say, "Believe in His sufficient, once for all, death on the cross.  God says that is enough." (2 Cor. 12:9)

I believe I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live but Christ lives in me.  I believe the life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. (Galatians 2:20)

I believe all things are possible for him who believes. (Mark 9:23) I also believe He was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification (Romans 4:25) and while we were still sinners Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8).

I believe in God Almighty, in the blessed Holy Trinity, and in the righteousness blood of Jesus Christ.  And I believe I am the righteousness of God through the blessed blood of Jesus Christ.  I believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins and that when I die I will join Jesus at the right hand of God.  That if God never does another thing for me I am blessed because He saved me. I believe God is who He says He is and will do what He says He will do. I must trust in God enough to do what He asks me to do.  I also believe God calls us to witness to others and spread His love to all of the world in the ways that He leads us to do so. (Mark 16:15)

I believe in one body and one Spirit--just as you were called to one hope when you were called--one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. (Ephesians 4:4-6)  And I believe that through Jesus Christ we have access to the Father by one spirit and the mystery of God is Christ in Us!
